RouteSavvy’s Mobile App comes packed with delivery management software features that help companies & nonprofits verify deliveries or service and notify customers of completion.
In this RouteSavvy User Tip, we’re highlighting RouteSavvy’s delivery management software functions in the Mobile App, including both photo and signature capture features, as well as email notifications.
This step-by-step set of how-to instructions is one way to learn to use RouteSavvy’s delivery management functions. You also can access a VIDEO on how to use these functions.
Users can start this process by using RouteSavvy’s Create A Route function and send it to a mobile device.

Upon completing the stop, touch the address box anywhere except for the two navigation buttons that are highlighted in RED.
This takes you to the Mark Stop Complete screen in the RouteSavvy Mobile App.
Press Mark Stop Complete and proceed to the next screen to access all of the delivery management features, which include:
-Signature Capture
-Photo Capture
-Email Notifications
To add a signature, touch anywhere inside the Signature box. A new screen will open where the signature can be captured and saved.
To capture and upload a photo, press the blue camera symbol and follow the instructions. You can upload a photo either straight from your camera or a saved photo from your device’s gallery. If you upload a photo from the camera, a copy will not be saved on your device.
Email confirmations are sent automatically when the Save button is pressed and the completed Stop is uploaded. The email address must be in the Notes #5 box for the email to be sent. Note also that multiple email addresses may be entered and separated by a semicolon. These email addresses may be entered on the desktop version of RouteSavvy or within the RouteSavvy Mobile App in the field.
When you press the Save button, all notes, signature data, and photo data are uploaded, and any email addresses in the Notes #5 field are notified.
Note also that you can customize the delivery notification email from the desktop version of RouteSavvy by going to the Project tab and clicking on the Edit Settings button.
